The magnet of this magnetic core drilling machine offers incredibly strong grip, even on steel as thin as 3 mm (1/8″). This magnetic core drilling machine cuts holes in metal up to 55 mm (2″) and can be used on tube material with a diameter of 80 mm (3 1/8″) and larger without any effort because of its pivoting magnet. The TUBE.55S/T benefits from Smart Restart technology, a digital display showing the ideal working load and automatic motor shut-off when displacement in any direction is detected by the GYRO-TEC sensor.
